About

I covet.  A lot.  I love things.  I want, I buy, I make.  And I share.

And yes, capitalizism DID steal my virginity.  I’m okay with that.

  1. Dear coveter and wanter.

It seems that you and I do our fare share to promote the seven deadly sins.
Thanks a lot for blogging about my cabinets, it really made my day and my Etsy shop got over a 1000 hits.
    Sincerely

    Vanity Case, a.k.a. Jean

  2. Oh, thanks for dropping by! And I think you’re right – encouragement of the deadly sins is an excellent pastime.

While I can’t be responsible for most of your visits, but I’m glad for the few that clicked through. Your work is absolutely lovely, and completely covetable.

  3. I finally had to check out this ‘covet and want’ thing.

You know, I covet & want a heck of a lot too. Only, for the past few years it’s like an underused muscle. Why want whatchyou can’t have? Things I wear that I consider new I later realize are at least 2 years old. I wear things I don’t particularly like until they’re worn out. Oddly enough I feel kind of noble about it, like I’m not being wasteful. But mostly, it sucks. The price of leaving my dead-end but consistently lucrative job.

Hm, I think I should start a blog. That’s a cheap hobby, right? Maybe a blog about things I want…

Snicker. Just kidding. You beat me to it! 🙂

  4. Wanting moves your life ahead.

  5. Thanks for posting our walnut tote!!
